    FOUNDER

    Stephanie is dedicated to helping businesses and individuals unlock the power of integrated digital marketing and technology to drive impact.

    Stephanie has been working with small and large brands in content and marketing roles since 2005, including in-house roles at the Cancer Council Victoria, Committee for Melbourne and ANZIIF.

    In 2018 and 2020, Sally Capp appointed Stephanie to join her Executive Team that successfully managed her City of Melbourne Lord Mayor election campaigns.

    She established the annual Unscripted Event Series in 2019, which brings together remarkable leaders to share insights and practical messages around fundamental business marketing issues facing business owners and executives.

    What makes Stephanie stand out from the crowd is that she’s been there. From business ownership to operation for a pureplay eCommerce business, her experiences with the love for good marketing guide her process.

    SENIOR MANAGER, CREATIVE & MARKETING

    Having built an impressive portfolio covering graphic design, video/animation, paid advertising, SEO and strategy, Manny is a creative and marketing force. With over 10 years of experience working in both client and agency-side for some of Australia’s biggest brands, there’s not much about integrated digital marketing that Manny doesn’t know.

    Patient, understanding and thorough, he confidently helps clients navigate the process from brief to reality to execute the best possible outcomes.

    When he’s not immersed in strategic marketing and design, you might catch him at your local gym leading the charge where he moonlights as a Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor.

    ADVERTISING SPECIALIST

    With a unique combination of paid advertising prowess and design, Jules brings her skills to Content Smith after a career spanning digital and traditional marketing.

    Much of her impressive career as a paid advertising specialist can be attributed to her holistic approach to digital marketing. By utilising her understanding of branding, organic content, and website design, Jules has delivered successful digital marketing campaigns for clients across industries including, architecture, lifestyle, professional services and retail.

    A curious strategist at the core, you’ll find Jules honing her skills in data analysis and understanding human-centred design to inform strategy.
