No Ordinary Billboard | No. 1 Leadership Hack | META’s Stealing Your Identity

❤️ What We Liked

First up is what we liked. Well, really, it’s what we loved.

The Ordinary is known for its less-than-ordinary marketing. This billboard has to be our favourite. Instead of spending massively on an influencer or celebrity, they leaned into a cheeky piece of copy.

The billboard reads “Someone said working with celebrities would be good for our brand. But we couldn’t find one with a degree in Biochemistry”.The campaign is highly effective because it can lean on the strength of their brand messaging. It also cleverly addresses buyers' scepticism towards celebrity and influencer endorsements. Great piece of marketing.

📌 What We Saved

Pollyanna Lenkic has come up with a way to unlock your leadership potential.

Embracing your true adult self – but, it's tougher than it seems. In this LinkedIn post, Lenkic discusses how unresolved past issues, avoidance tactics, discomfort, and lack of accountability can hinder your growth.

Her suggestions to overcome these issues is to take time for self-reflection, unlearn old habits, and invest in your personal development. Check out the post here.

📮 What We Shared

Imagine AI using the photos you post to grow its ability to understand human behaviour and identity. Well, that’s what happening.

Meta's new privacy policy, starting June 26, will begin using your public data to enhance its AI capabilities. Scary right. Thankfully you can opt out. It’s just really really REALLY hard.

Flick Social shows you how you can in this video.
