Instead, the brand shut down their Instagram and Facebook pages in November 2021 after determining it wasnโ€™t the best place for its customers, to be. Now, these accounts simply ask their audience to 'be somewhere else'. The posts sharing the CTA are captioned: 'Whether thatโ€™s in a bath with a good book; taking some me-time with a facemask and a cuppa; or simply getting outside for some fresh air, weโ€™re encouraging our customers to stop scrolling and be somewhere else instead.' ๐Ÿ›
